Agreement to These Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of https://www.liquorloftlv.com (the "Site") and any related services, features, or communications offered by 88 Russell LLC, doing business as Liquor Loft ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
21+ Use, Age Verification, and Eligibility
The Site is intended solely for users who are at least 21 years of age. Before viewing the Site, visitors must verify their age by entering their full date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY). This verification is performed locally in your browser: your exact date of birth is not retained or transmitted to us or to any third party, and only an age-verified status with a timestamp is stored on your device for up to 30 days. By completing age verification and using the Site, you represent that you are 21 or older and that the information you entered is accurate.
The Liquor Loft VIP Club and any giveaway or promotion are open only to legal residents of the State of Nevada who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry and at the close of the applicable entry period. We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who does not meet these eligibility requirements.
Site Content and Product Information
The content on this Site is provided for informational purposes. Product descriptions, availability, pricing, and selection are subject to change without notice and may differ from what is currently in stock at our physical location. The Site does not itself sell, ship, or deliver alcohol. All purchases and deliveries are arranged through licensed third-party delivery platforms or in person at our store, subject to their terms, fees, and applicable law.

VIP Club and Giveaways
Participation in the Liquor Loft VIP Club, monthly drawings, and any promotions is subject to these Terms, our Giveaway Official Rules, and our Privacy Policy. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. The Sponsor reserves all rights described in the Official Rules, including the right to disqualify entrants, modify or terminate a promotion, and resolve disputes.
User Conduct
You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, not to submit false or fraudulent information, not to interfere with the operation of the Site or any promotion, and not to use automated means to access or interact with the Site except as expressly permitted. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product photos, videos, and software, is the property of Liquor Loft or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.
Marketing Consent and SMS Disclosures
By providing your mobile number and checking the optional SMS consent box, you consent to receive recurring alcohol-related marketing text messages from Liquor Loft at that number. These messages are intended only for adults 21 years of age or older. Consent is not a condition of purchase, VIP Club membership, or giveaway entry, and you may enter and win without opting in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. You may also opt out of marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in any email.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 88 Russell LLC, its owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Site, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Site will not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 88 Russell LLC, Liquor Loft, and their respective owners, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada, and you consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted on this page with the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
